Sushi Making Pop-Up at Ratio Beerworks Overland (July 20, 2026)

Roll into an evening of craft beer and fresh sushi with Chef Aarika at Ratio Beerworks Overland. This relaxed, hands-on class is the perfect way to learn a new culinary skill while enjoying one of Denver's favorite breweries.

You'll be guided through the essential techniques of sushi making, including how to prepare properly seasoned sushi rice, roll sushi with confidence, and create beautiful handmade rolls from start to finish. No previous experience is needed. Just bring your appetite and a willingness to have fun!

During class you'll:

• Prepare and season authentic sushi rice

• Learn proper rolling and slicing techniques

• Make two different styles of sushi: a traditional maki roll and a hand roll

• Build a custom maki roll with your favorite fillings

• Enjoy a freshly made spicy tuna hand roll

• Have the opportunity to purchase craft beer from Ratio Beerworks throughout the evening
