Refund and Cancelation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your registration more than 7 days before the class, we will gladly provide a full refund. Please notify us of your cancellation via email.

  • Should you need to cancel within 7 days of the class, a class credit will be issued.

  • Unfortunately, if you have to cancel within 48 hours of the class, we are unable to issue a class credit, as we will have already made arrangements for food and staff. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place.

  • We appreciate your understanding as a small business. Thank you.

To transfer Your Enrollment to someone else

Here's a detailed process for transferring registration to someone else:

  • Contact Us: If you find yourself unable to attend the class and would like to send someone else in your place, please reach out to us via email or phone at your earliest convenience. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangements and update our records accordingly.

  • Provide Details: When contacting us, kindly provide the name and contact information of the individual who will be attending the class in your place. It's important for us to have accurate information to ensure a smooth experience for the substitute attendee.

  • Confirmation: Once we receive the details of the substitute attendee, we will confirm the transfer with you and provide any additional information or documentation that may be required for the substitute attendee to participate in the class.

  • Attendee Notification: We will also notify the substitute attendee about the transfer and provide them with any relevant details about the class, including the date, time, location, and any specific requirements or instructions they need to be aware of.

  • Finalize Arrangements: Prior to the class, we will ensure that all arrangements are in place for the substitute attendee to seamlessly take your place, allowing them to fully benefit from the experience.

By following this process, you can effectively transfer your registration to someone else, ensuring that the class seat does not go to waste and that another individual can make the most of the opportunity.

Cancelation or Rescheduling By Us

  • In the unfortunate event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class for any reason (lack of enrollments, emergency with Chef, etc), we will offer a full refund. Additionally, you will have the option to switch to a different class or carry a class credit if preferred.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • In the event of inclement weather, if we determine that the safety of our staff and students may be compromised while traveling to and from the school, we will notify you of the class cancellation via email and on social media. In such cases, we will offer a full refund, provide a class credit, or arrange a rescheduled date for the class.

  • To ensure efficient communication in such situations, please use a current working email address in your registration.
