Bourbon Peach Lemonade

This cocktail is a summer party in a glass! Sweet Georgia peach meets Kentucky bourbon with a zesty splash of lemon attitude. It’s smooth, sassy, and just the right kind of strong. Think porch hangs, backyard BBQs and spontaneous dance-offs. Add a mint sprig and a peach slice, and you’ve got yourself the life of the patio. Warning: may cause uncontrollable smiling and second pours.

Bourbon peach lemonade with basil garnish

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen peaches (peeled and sliced)
¾ cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
½ cup honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1½ cups cold water
1 cup bourbon
Ice, for serving
Fresh mint and peach slices, for garnish
Optional: splash of sparkling water for a fizzy finish

Directions:
In a blender, combine the peaches and ¼ cup of water. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother texture, or leave it pulpy for a rustic feel.

In a large pitcher, stir together the peach puree, lemon juice, honey (or syrup), remaining water, and bourbon. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.

Fill glasses with ice and pour the bourbon peach lemonade over the top. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and peach slices. Add a splash of sparkling water if you like it bubbly.

For a crowd, batch this up ahead of time and chill it in the fridge. Want a mocktail version? Skip the bourbon and add sparkling peach water for a bubbly twist!
