Chef Aarika will walk you through each step of the sushi-making process, sharing techniques you can easily recreate at home. You'll learn the secrets to perfectly seasoned sushi rice, discover proper rolling methods, and leave with the confidence to make sushi in your own kitchen.
During this hands-on class, you'll learn how to prepare authentic sushi rice, practice rolling and cutting techniques. You’ll create two delicious styles of sushi: a customizable maki roll with your choice of ingredients and aa fresh, spicy tuna hand roll.
