Grab a friend, order your favorite drink, and join Chef Aarika for an evening of hands-on sushi making at Alley Brews. This relaxed, beginner-friendly class will teach you the fundamentals of rolling fresh sushi while enjoying the welcoming atmosphere of one of Denver's favorite neighborhood gathering spots.
During class, you'll learn how to properly prepare and roll sushi using traditional bamboo mats, simple techniques and fresh ingredients. Each guest will create one classic maki roll and one hand roll, gaining skills and confidence to recreate them at home.
