Join Chef Aarika at Coal Mine Ave. Brewing Company for a hands-on fall pasta class where we’ll roll up our sleeves and make fresh pasta from scratch.
You’ll learn how to prepare pasta dough, roll and shape it, create delicious seasonal fillings and turn simple ingredients into a meal worth getting excited about. No pasta-making experience is needed.
On the Menu: Pumpkin Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage Sauce and Lamb Tortellini with Marinara
