Smart Meal Planning & Batch Cooking
Learn how to plan meals for the week, save money on groceries, and cook once to eat multiple times. We’ll cover how to shop smart, prep ahead, and build balanced meals without wasting food. Students will create a meal plan tailored to their schedule and leave with recipes they can repeat all semester long.
Class includes tastings, take-home recipes, and a few tricks to impress your roommates or avoid another night of instant noodles
Guests attending all three classes will go home with a “Kitchen Confidence” Recipe Zine, meal planning note pad, and an essential spice starter kit!
